The Tools Menu is in the Design View. Most of the commands here are also on the Design View tool bar. These commands are used to add new objects onto your style. For example to add a new Text Object select Text. When you do this the mouse pointer will change to a cross hair. Click on the style where you want the text object to be and the new text object will be placed there.

Text Command

Places a Static Text Field at the location you click on the style.

Rectangle Command

Places a Rectangle at the location you click on the style.

Field Command

Opens the Document Fields Window where you can add fields to the style.

Image Command

Places an Image at the location you click on the style. This command automatically prompts you for the path of the image.

Table Command

Places a Table at the location you click on the style.

Page Number

To add a dynamic page number to your style select one of these options.
Assume you are on the second page of 5 pages

• Page # of ## - Displays "Page 2 of 5"
• Page Number - Displays "2"
  
• Page Total - Displays "5"
  

Options

Opens the Options window.
