How to Save Documents as PDF Files

PDF files are great ways to archive and email documents. PDF stands for Portable document Format and just about every machine in the world has a PDF viewer for reading the documents you create.

To save an Invoice2go document from the menu select File -> Send To -> PDF. If you already have a document open that document will be saved to PDF. If however you are looking at a view and have documents selected then those documents will be saved to PDF. Once you have triggered the PDF command there are a couple of steps you must do.

Step 1 You should will see a message "Now configuring Invoice2go for PDF production". This means an Invoice PDF printer is being added to your list of printers. The first time you create a PDF file it may take some time to setup the printer. After the printer is configured you have to specify where you want to create the PDF file on your system. Click the Browse button on the Create PDF window to select a location. Then click the Create button.

Step 2 If the PDF file is created successfuly you will see a message indicating as such. To view the PDF file immediatly click the Open PDF button.
