Creating Documents in Invoice2go

To create a new document click on the arrow next to the "New" button and select the type of document you want to create from the dropdown.



A new document will open. If the Style Box appears preview the different styles and select one that suits you.

You can switch between styles and the data you have entered will be moved into the style you've choosen. It will not be lost.

You can also look at our Online Style Directory to check what new styles have being added. Just click on the "Browse New Styles" Link.


Now fill in the document.



Note: When you come across a field with a "Pick from List" dropdown, Click on the "Pick from List" to reveal the list.










To add a new item to the list click on "Edit List".
Select an item and all the document fields linked to that list will be automatically filled in. When you are ready Save and Close the document.
