How do I export invoices from Invoice2go to QuickBooks?
Invoice2go allows you to send your invoice data to QuickBooks in a few simple steps.
There are three methods of exporting:
- Exporting all new & modified invoices.
- Exporting selected invoices.
- Export all invoices or a filtered selection
Exporting all new & modified invoices.
In Invoice2go for Desktop, select “File” then “Export Invoices”. Choose “New & Modified” from the menu to begin exporting all invoices which have been created or modified since the last export.
You will be presented with all new and modified invoices in a new window. Click export. If you wish, you can change the settings and export to other programs.
You’ll now be able to view customer and invoice details in QuickBooks!

If you wish to export a selection of invoices, simply right click on the desired invoice in the invoice folder and choose “Export to...”

In Invoice2go for Desktop, select "File" then "Export Invoices". Choose "Listed in the Sales Journal" from the menu. This will load the Sales Journal Reports and the following screen will appear.
If you wish to export all invoices ever created then click Yes.
If you only want to export a selection of Invoices, for example only the invoices for this financial year then use the filter functionality to filter the rows. Then select File -> Export Invoice -> "Listed in the Sales Journal" from the menu.
