How do I Schedule my Documents?

Versions 4.0 and above of Invoice2go have a scheduled and re-occurring invoice functionality built in. You will be able to set an invoice to be sent to the same client each month, week or any period you wish.

If you wish to Schedule an invoice.

  1. Open your invoice folder which will display your invoices in the right hand pane.
  2. Right click on the invoice you wish to schedule and select "Schedule document"
  3. Follow the prompts to set your frequency.
  4. Select OK.

You do not need to "Copy" or create a different style

Just set each clients invoice frequency as needed when you create the invoice.

If you need to add a cost to the invoice which is not 'as per normal' and you wish to change the document, you can do so by clicking on the document in the right-hand pane and adding your details.

The scheduled document functionality will always alert you when sending, should you need to make any changes.
