Yes. Invoice2go Version 4.0 - Build 7.3.0 and greater is fully compatible with Vista.

What if I already own Version 2.0 or 3.0 of Invoice2go?
If you're upgrading to Vista, we recommend you also upgrade to Invoice2go Version 4.0.
