How do I move Invoice2go data to another computer?

To move your existing data to a new computer you will need to use the Backup & Restore Wizard to transfer your existing company data to the new computer.

  1. Create a backup of your existing data on the old computer.
    (Open Invoice2go and select File -> Backups -> Open Backup & Restore Wizard)
  2. Select 'Take a backup of my files' and Save the backup file to your desktop.
  3. Copy the backup to a Flash Drive, or burn it to a CD.
  4. Install Invoice2go on the new computer.

  5. Restore the data on the new computer. Open the Backup & Restore Wizard and select 'Restore my Working Folder to an earlier time' and click Next
  6. Insert the Flash Drive or CD into to the new computer. Browse to the Flash Drive or CD
  7. Select the most recent Restore Point. Click Next.
  8. Choose 'Restore into the current Working Folder' to overwrite any existing data. Click Next and finish the Wizard.
  9. Restart Invoice2go to use your existing Company Data from the old computer.
