Can Version 2.0 data be transferred into Version 5.0
No you cannot. This is because the vast amount of added functionality requested by our customers unfortunately meant we could not remain compatible with the Version 2.0 system we created over 5 years ago.
Most companies who have purchased version 5.0 run version 2.0 side by side for historical purposes. You will need to reset your templates and company information and can import all your product and customer lists as per normal. That means that you will not have to re-enter any Lookup List information. You can export this data from version 3.0 and then reimport it into Version 5.0. All your invoices and other documents however are not able to be transferred.
If the company was created in Version 3.0 and not Version 2.0 then all data created with Version 3.0 can be transfered.
