I had to re-install Invoice2go but my order number does not work?

When you reinstall Invoice2go make sure that you have installed the correct version for your order number, otherwise you will see a message saying "Order Number not found" and the install will remain a trial. They do not work between different versions.

A Version 5.0 order number will work with Version 5.0 only.

A Version 4.0 order number will work with Version 4.0, and Version 5.0 which means all of our existing customers can upgrade to the latest version for free.

A Version 3.0 order number will only work with Version 3.0.

Sometimes, you may have exhausted all the available keys registered to your order number. If this is the case, we will be notified and will generate you another key manually.
